Uranium – more energy for Brazilian development
The Brazilian Nuclear Industries act on the uranium productive chain, from mining to production of the fuel that powers the reactors in the nuclear plants. Connected with the Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation), INB has its headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and it is present in the states of Bahia, Ceará, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil has a new Logo
Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil has a new Logo, more modern and more like the Brazilian way, reflecting the company’s ongoing performance on the nuclear fuel cycle. Developed by designer Jérôme Poignard, of the Pointilié agency, the Logo makes reference to the production steps of the fuel used by the Angra dos Reis nuclear plants – all the way from uranium mining to fabrication of fuel assemblies for electric power generation from nuclear fission.
