Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil S.A. torna pública a INTENÇÃO de REVOGAÇÃO do lote 03 cujo objeto é a Contratação de empresa para fornecimento de 250.000 Kg Urânio na forma de UF6 natural, para entrega em Junho de 2020.
A motivação decorre de fato superveniente, baseado no advento de restrições orçamentárias, acarretando reprogramação do quantitativo pela INB, que gerou uma nova demanda levando a alteração do objeto.
Conforme previsão legal, está aberto o prazo de 05 (cinco) dias úteis para ampla defesa e contraditório, contados a partir desta publicação. Eventuais manifestações deverão ser encaminhadas para os endereços elenfabiana@inb.gov.br e gesup@inb.gov.br.

INTERNATIONAL TENDER GESUP.F 1.005/2019
Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil S.A. makes public the INTENTION to REVOKE the lot 3, which object is the hiring of a company to supply 250,000 kg of uranium in the form of natural UF6 for delivery in June 2020.
The motivation stems from a supervening fact, based on the advent of budget restrictions, leading to reprogramming of the quantity by INB, which generated a new demand causing a change in the object.
According to legal provisions, the period of five (5) working days is open for full defense and adversary proceedings, counted from this publication. Possible demonstrations should be sent to the addresses elenfabiana@inb.gov.br e gesup@inb.gov.br.
